Original Song Title:

Original Performer:

Parody Song Title:

"Mike Hunt We Quiz At Thee"

Parody Written by:

Guy DiRito

The Lyrics

Mike Hunt, we quiz at thee,
Your name phonetically,
Does laughter bring.
Gland of your father's bride?
Man, what a name implied,
And every comment snide,
Indeed dumb thing.

Some lady called up front,
And asked, "You seen Mike Hunt?"
"Excuse me, m'am"?
"I've seen a lot of stuff,"
"Don't think I've seen your muff,"
"Get your-self in the buff,"
"I'll take a scan."

Pee yew's thick, smell the breeze,
Like stink from fresh cut cheese,
Fresh air I want.
Such foul wind did break,
Was this a stale crabcake?
Wet socks the fragrance make,
Was it Mike Hunt.

His father's oddity,
He named him horribly,
Did he not care?
Mike once had hair galore,
Bald now, his hair's no more,
Rememb'ring times before,
Mike Hunt had hair.

Definate SOTM canidate, I was at a car dealership when a man played this prank on the lady who calls the saleman over the loudspeaker, and I quote " Has anyone seen Mike Hunt". Of course she slurred it slightly into something vulgar, and damn near 40 people burst out laughing while about 10 had the look on thier face of " Did I hear what I think I just heard?". Kristof, not as funny as your story, but I knew a couple whos first name were Cy and Phillis---draw your own conclusion.

After further review of the parody, Red Ant must reverse his original call of SOTM and 555. I should have rated this 534, because you implied that women who do not shave smell bad. I won't go into the reasons for this as I don't want to sit here all night to list my opinions (which no one will probably give a shit about anyway). You didn't deserve the 1 for pacing ( obviously ), the 1 you got for funny balances out my five to a 3, and the 1 for overall comes close enough for me to get the 4. Red Ant is not charged with a time out. Still, a very good parody, kinda poor taste in that stanza though.

Red Ant has now issued another challenge to his first challenge. I can already see it coming, that I INFERRED rather that YOU IMPLIED about what I stated before, but we're splitting Mike Hunt hairs here. Hairy or bald, that stanza was still poor taste, and yes some women have feminine hygiene problems. Guy DiRito, if you choose to resubmit this with that staza changed and rhymes close enuff and is funny, I WILL rate it 555 AND reccomend SOTM canidate. Red Ant has now been tossed from this post by himself.

One of my favorite Saturday Night Live sketches has a couple agonizing over what to name their kid. They don't want to give it any first name that others could possibly turn into a joke or bad rhyme. The punchline is that their last name is Asswipe (pronounced "ah-swee-pay"). Anyhoo, fun stuff, GD'R. Since this is also the melody for God Save The Queen, I'll leave you with a blessing: God Save Mike Hunt.

sotm - nice job Guy - I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the original "Porkys" ( a fine, thoughtful, ensemble chick-flick ) - where the Mike Hunt gag was worked to within an inch of its life - all your subtlety, fine as it is Guy, sadly can't rescue the gag from that Porky experience :-(

Charlie Decker said on March 10, 2005:

"One of the prominent families at my school has the unfortunate surname "Jacoff." (Pronounced Jay-soff, they swear!). 555."

The surname "Jacoff" is obviously of Russian origin. Cyrillic script (Russian alphabet) Would make the "c" in "Jacoff" scan or translate into English as our "s". So yeah, it is indeed pronounced Jay-soff.

From 1922 to 1991 Russia was known as the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republic) scans or translates into Russian as CCCP (Soyúz Sovétskikh Sotsialistícheskikh Respúblik) The "P" in CCCP translates into English as "R", so CCCP literally scans to English as SSSR Soyúz is Union Sovétskikh is Soviet Sotsialistícheskikh is Socialist and Respúblik is Republic.

Some history about Mother Russia:

Nicholas II of Russia (May 18, 1868 – July 17, 1918) (Russian: Никола́й II, Nikolay II) was the last Tsar or Czar of Russia, the King of Poland, and Grand Duke of Finland. Czar goes back to the Roman Empire and came from CÆsar or Caesar as in Julius Caesar.

Czar Nickolas II was deposed circa 1917 in what was known as the Bolshevik Revolution which brought to power one Josef Vissarionovich Stalin (18 December 1878 – 5 March 1953) who established the communist state that was known sinply as the Soviet Union. Stalin was a Soviet revolutionary and politician of Georgian ethnicity.

Stalin executed Czar Nickolas II and his entire family. He also purged (executed) millions of political opponents during his purge after he assumed power.

It could have been worse for, assuming this is a Mr. Jacoff. He could have been named Jack Mehoff.
