Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I've written my letter to Santa Claus
I just hope it's one he reads because,
I don't want no high tech game,
Or slick electric saws
Just want something soft and warm
I can hold in my two paws..

All I Want For Christmas
Is a Yasmine Bleeth
A Yasmine Bleeth,
Yes, a Yasmine Bleeth

Gee, If I could only
have sweet Yasmine Bleeth
It sure would be
A Merry Christmas..

I used to watch her on BayWatch
Guess for her, you'd say I'm really buggy
loved her there, and what do I care
If she's a Burned Out Druggie?

All I Want For Christmas
Is a Yasmine Bleeth
A Yasmine Bleeth,
Yeah, a Yasmine Bleeth

Gee, if I could only
Have sweet Yasmine Bleeth,
It sure would be
A Merry Christmas..

Isn't she still in rehab? How to tell if someone watches more "Baywatch" than baseball: They think "Yaz" doesn't mean Carl Yastrzemski. And "The Impossible Dream" refers to getting Yasmine, not the 1967 American League Pennant.

I think this is hysterical...of course, I think that anyone who can even remember Yasmine Bleeth is sort of hysterical, too. That's such a great name - really does belong in a parody. 5's ~ ~ ~

AFW, this song was recorded during or shortly after World War II by Spike Jones and his orchestra, of whom I am a great fan. It is not traditional in title, but it is in all other ways. As I write this, I am listening to an 8-track tape of Burl Ives Christmas carols.

Thank you, and you're right of course, Andria...I just use traditional a lot on older songs
