Parody Song Title:

"Help Desk Crew"

Parody Written by:

Guy DiRito

The Lyrics

Help desk crew,
Every IT owns one.
Help desk crew,
As some moron drones on.

Help desk crews are subject to the truth now and then,
But how they break the news they take so long,
Hey! bring it to amen.

Long tongue chew,
Leaping to a bellow.
Get some clue,
Weeping angry fellow.

Hear them sing as they sling it with some wry in their voice,
Can't ignore them though, even though we could,
You simply keep your poise.

Help desk crew,
Every IT owns one.
Help desk crew,
As some moron drones on.

Whoa - I wrote it and didn't even see it. This thing can be taken two ways. The reference to 'the truth now and then' was intended to mean that every once in a while someone calls and actually knows what the problem really is and can explain it. And the part with breaking the news, how many times have you sat on the phone and listened to someone go on and on when all you really want them to do is get to the poing?

So I guess you can look at it from the customer's view as well. No wonder I'm getting so many votes on this. LOL
