A Charlie Horse is a "nagging injury." Five tubes of Aspercreme. I'd make it "Ben-Gay," but then we'd have a few more "Brokeback Mountain" jokes, and even if you don't mind those, you don't want to see the words "broke" and "back" together right now.

Thanks, Stuart....Yeah, I think it's an American expression......not sure of the derivation..but just guessing, I would imagine it started with a muscle cramped horse named Charlie...or something to that effect.
