The Lyrics

Here is the song all about my personal back-to-school experience.
This happens once every few classrooms
These chemicals hit me like white milk

What if I told you I'm back?
The teacher says was a team
Worst team that I ever had
I circled you on a map
I haven't come around in so long
But I'm coming back so strong

So when I
Touch down, call the professors and cut 'em from the team
Ditch the teams, get the crown, baby, I'm the one to beat
'Cause the class on your heart said it's still reserved for me
Honestly, who are we to fight the great classroom?

Hey, you
What if I told you we're school?
That child's play back in school is forgiven under my rule
I haven't come around in so long
But I'm making a comeback to where I belong

So when I
Touch down, call the professors and cut 'em from the class
Ditch the clowns, get the crown, baby, I'm the one to beat
'Cause the sign on your heart said it's still reserved for me
Honestly, who are we to fight the great classroom?

These blokes warm the benches, we been on a winning streak
He jokes that it's heroin but this time with an "A"
'Cause the sign on your heart said it's still reserved for me
Honestly, who are we to fight the great classroom?

Bells off, and your friends lift you up over their heads
Beer sticking to the floor, cheers chanted 'cause they said
There was no chance, tryna be the greatest in the lunches
Where's the trophy?
He just comes running over to me

Touch down, call the professors and cut 'em from the class
Ditch the clowns, get the crown, baby, I'm the one to beat
'Cause the sign on your heart said it's still reserved for me
Honestly, who are we to fight the great classroom?

These blokes warm the teachers, we been on a winning streak
He jokes that it's heroin but this time with an "A"
'Cause the sign on your heart said it's still reserved for me
Honestly, who are we to fight the great classroom?

This happens once every few lifetimes
These chemicals hit me like white milk

Taylor Swift wrote OS cryptically. There are several allusion to sports teams that lead most people to think that OS is really a code message to Travis Kelce. The people she wants "cut... from the team" are past relationships that either she of both in combination have had in the past. I don't know where the "alchemy" comes in. Alchemy is the faux science of creating something precious out of ordinary items. The OS doesn't leave obvious clues what they are. Now, your parody is not obliged to carry the same story line. But since 91% of the words come from Swift herself, it would be good to have some alternate cryptology in mind. You have moved the setting from a football field to a college classroom. Good move. It could be interesting. But some lines fall out in a manner I can't understand. Maybe you or someone else can clue me in. Two examples: 1) "What if I told you we're school?" "School" took the place of "cool." So that is good parody work. But what does it mean? 2) "He jokes that it's heroin but this time with an 'A.'" I'll take a stab at what OS means. He jokes that it's heroin but this time with an 'E.'" He (at some point) called her his heroine, and being with her is that addictive. I presume that "A" was the grade that the professor issued. But how does heroin (a word that doesn't blend in well without a purpose) fit in? Just my impressions. Thank you for submitting this.
