Obama wants $500 million to arm Syrian rebels against ISIS as proxy fighters. Result? $60 million spent to train a mere 60 fighters who are more concerned with fighting Assad than ISIS!!! All Obama is doing is wasting our money on a bunch of losers who can be defeated by Syrian barrel bombs and Hellfire cannon that cost $200-300 each!!! The fighters claim they have 17,000 comrades who want to fight, but that 45 days training is too long. Really? The US only could find 3000 that were vetted and only 60 have passed. Basically, they just want US weapons to fight the Syrian Civil War. And anyone can claim to be a moderate in that region. So not a win-win situation for the US.

A Hellfire Cannon is a Syrian improvised field weapon consisting of a wheeled tube, muzzle loaded with chemical solid that is packed. A used gas cylinder is packed with HE and a fin tail attached. The fin part is crammed into the tube, leaving the main cylinder outside the cannon. When fired, the blast shoots the fin-stabilized projectile to the target. Basically, a poor man's Panzerfaust on a wheeled Mount for mobility.
