Parody Song Title:

"Forgettable"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

How forgettable
Can one guy be?
It's regrettable
Poor Rick Perry..

Did he flunk hi school
Debating class,
Or was he just born
To be an ass?
Never before
Has someone been more..

Blushing reddable
And ill at ease
Sliced up shreddable
With such brain freeze..
"Um" is not the third Gov agency
"EPA" pipes helpful Mitt Romney
Rick steps in it, on it, and thru it, too

(Fifty-two second interlude)

Just forgettable?
Don't seem the case
Is he deadable,
For next year's race?

Drunken speech last week
And now we see
Early symptoms
Of senility..
So unprepared,
Should he be spared?

Cooked unedible
Food for thought
Too thin spreadable
Cursed and caught..

Shades of George Bush "Dawgs"..quite pettable
Great for late night cuz' he's sleddable
But unelectable and forgettable, too

He is forgettable... and the name "Richard", and all its variants, has been permanently hurt by Nixon and Cheney as far as names for politicians go... I am predicting that Ron Paul will defeat Obama in 2012, he is the only one I like so far, even though he's GOP... 5s.

Yeah, Rick Perry's "drunken" will surely be "unforgettable". How I could imagine him if he was president. But don't forget to get your 555's!

Thanks, Andria..I never thought about the Richard angle...I guess all three could be called Dick...and thanks, Christie...watching him on Letterman last night...maybe he should switch careers, from politician to comedian...uhh, I guess that's sort of the same thing though..isn't it?

I would abolish the IRS. That would take care of all of our problems and we wouldn't have to worry about the specifics of which other agencies to eliminate.

Ha--I never thought I'd say this--but a political parody was the funniest of the day. . .I can laugh at politicians forgetting their "third strike" for nearly a minute. . . and not actually remembering it until he is asked a totally different question. Look, I don't hate the entire Republican field that is running right now, but really-some of them are kooks-and Perry is one of 'em, I mean honestly--he scares me (not as much as Palin did--but I digress) I hope that somehow Romney or Ginricht of the front runners get the nomination--because as an independent those two are a little less extreme for me, though Ron Paul I find interesting too--he's never going to get a Republican nomination because--well his views are so non-Republican, Democrat or even Libertarian I think he's just interesting. Anyway, thank you for a break from the Pennsylvania stuff. . .The whole thing is ugly and in this case politics comes up as a bed of roses. . .

Oh, BTW, for anyone reading above--that is who I hope for the Republican nomination at this point, I actually would prefer someone more substantial than Romney, and less typical than Ginricht would come out the wood-works because I'm not sure that either would get my vote over the incumbent, but that's now, I have a lot of time to decide my vote

Thanks for your interesting comments and political views, Dave...I don't often get into doing much political stuff...but I agree, Perry's a game fish for parody casters..like a living cartoon character..if it wasn't so dangerous for the country, he'd be delightful to have as a president..

AFW - With this, you've become a regular Nat Zing Cole. I agree...read my lips, no more Texans. ;D

Maw and paw don't take too kindly to your Texas remark. Bobby Joe is roundin' up the posse. Cletus is fixin' to get the horses ready. Once we find the powder keg, we will be on our way! Actually, thru piss poor representation politically, all I can do is apologize and say that I hope people realize that not all Texans are like that. Just the slimy rich ones.
