Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I write a lot of parodies "on spec" for special occasions and specific people. This one, however, is the labor of love. ;D
Thank Heaven for amiright
A place for us to post our comic play
Thank Heaven for amiright
Sometimes I visit it eight times a day

There's always clever bits and lots of spoofing
I know I should be working but I come here goofing
Thank heaven for amiright
Give thanks for the contributors, no matter where or who
Without them, what would all us nuts do?

Thank Heaven for Fiddlegirl
For Timmy, Mark, B. Mitchel, Airforcewan
Thank Heaven for D. Obblo
For Patrick, Jenkins, J.A. Barry (John)

Christie and Andria both get my meanings
And Michael P. who sometimes doesn't like my leanings
Thank Heaven for amiright
I want to mention all of you, I left some out I know
Oh damn it! I've forgotten Leo

Thank Heaven, times seven,
Thank Heaven, for amiright!

"A witty saying proves nothing," attributed to Voltaire. "Voltaire never had amiright.com," attributed to Old Man Ribber.

Thank you for the mention in your parody!!! I tend to agree with most parodies and vote 5s when they are deserved, but some political parodies and certain subjects like Nascar, bodily waste, and overweight dead comedians (veteran writers and long-time AmIRight fans know exactly what I'm referring to) don't get a vote or at least not a very high one depending on quality. And yes, I'm a fan of your stuff. 5s for you.

Awwww... I'm touched! And evidently in more ways than one, since I'm now totally hooked on amiright! Echoing the thanks to all above-mentioned, and Thank Heaven for OMR, too!!

Thanks for the mention. I am the only Patrick on this site, I think. This site is a wonderful outlet to share our ideas and get feedback from others who think the same way or disagree for a reason.
