Whoa! Limitless drones through the nighttime sky roam.
Are they here from galaxies far ’way?
They’re bigger than birds, but they don’t emit turds.
From the skies…don’t drop down post-buffet.

Drones roam in our gaze.
But clearheadedness might light our way.
They’re clearly not birds, but some folks heed the words
of guys with nothing worthwhile to say.

We see things at night, causing us fear and fright,
with their lights mixed among those of stars.
Up heavenward we gaze but don’t see them in days.
Perhaps we have seen too many bars.

Rhônes so cloak our gaze—
take our clear sight and gauze it with haze.
Of belts there’s no dearth down here on planet earth.
Let’s go dry, skip rounds that make us dazed.
