Song Parodies -> "Ppffftt!"

Original Song Title:

"Young At Heart"

 (MP3)
Original Performer:

Frank Sinatra

Parody Song Title:

"Ppffftt!"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Yes my friends, it is true
We all pee and poo
And we all can fart
If you're young or you're old
If it's hot or it's cold
Everyone must fart

There are laughs and some screams
When you explode in your jeans
You can give nightmarish dreams
With a plateful of beans
But life is so exciting as you're passing gas
Though many feel that farting loud is second class

Don't you know that on Earth
Nothing gives out such mirth
Than a passing fart?
And as Mel Brooks has shown
That an ill-wind that's thrown
Is a wonderful part

So come on, let 'er rip
Please sir, try my clam dip
Then like Terrence or his buddy Phillip
Spread your cheeks apart
And make a match spark
You are one among the mill-i-ons who fart

Yes, your farts give you drive
And that isn't no jive
And your farts, they can thrive
Though you are not alive
So here is the best part
When you do depart
There is not a one who'll frown on your last fart!

You ripped a hole in the pants of Frank Sinatra

I hope that I never get so old that I stop laughing at fart, d*ck and boob jokes. 555

Loved this, esp. the Terrance and Phillip reference

When I saw the title I thought this was a song about breaking up, but it turned out to be about breaking up in a different way. Five fragrant fuzzies.

(Artistry) For some reason, the clam dip line made me shudder. Very Monty Python-esque.

Phillp: "Ohhhh Terrance"
Terrance: "Yes Phillip?"
Phillip: "Ppffftt!"
Terrance: "Phillip, I'm dying!" (collapses on floor)
Phillip: "I killed Terrance with my fart... hahahaha!"
Corpse of Terrance: "Briiipppptt!"
Phillip: "Terrance, your last act was to fart.... uh-oh, I feel faint..."

Well done, Aggy, and thanks for not mentioning "Sharts". =)

(art) only millions fart? what do the other 6 billion do? and if you hold it in, do you eventually float away (farts seem to rise, so I assume methane is lighter than air) - sigh, so many unanswered questions...great prolonged fart gag Ag -

(Artistry) Among the best gas parodies I've ever read. . .Bravo.

I came onto this site, expecting to see some tasteful parodies, and then I come upon this... this FILTH! Clean your mouth out with soap, as well as the fingers used to type this parody up. I'm going to give you the lowest score possible, which, since I assume this site goes by golf scoring, where the lower the score the better, is triple 5s! Take that!

This is one of the funniest forms of poop ever: parody poop! (And don't forget the insanely misconceptual YouTube Poop videos.) 555

(ABC P)One of the better fart parodies I've seen; it was a gtas. Rhyming is done well here and even funnier to imagine Sinatra singing this.

(ABC05P)

This has nothing on "Jumpin' Jack Flash" - he's a gas gas gas. Nice bit of farting around with the OS. Nice bit of sophmoric humor in this one.

(ABC) see above - and will farts really keep emanating from my bumcheeks even after I've slipped this mortal coil? yikes - what an educational parody - and as I said above, great fart parody, Ag!

ABC: Ahh...Ol' Blue Eyes meets the Ol' Brown Eye...lmao...not bad, I liked the Terrance and Phillip line too. Nice job!

ABC5(P) I liked that you resisted any urge you might have had to rhyme 'heart' in the OS title with 'fart'!!!...Lots of humor in this one, and like Timmy1K, I cracked up imagining Sinatra singing this parody!!!...555!!!

(ABC) Great idea, hilarious lyrics, but heck, the pacing in some of your lines is way, way off! Am I the only one who noticed this, or am I wrong? 4-5-5 and a can of Glade!

This seemed to be off in the pacing, it was a fun read, but just didn't seem very tight to TOS. Something about a soulful Frankie song being turned into toilet humor gets me smiling.

As Cledus T Judd has shown us farting is the universal language of comedy and although you know I'm not a big fan of fart parodies I have to say that this one was done in good taste (Which is strange to say about bathroom humor)
