Et nous ne cherchons pas la chasse,

plutôt, à voir la voie rougir.

To those who denounce sticks shtik, I say, “Nix!”

So use your eyes and you’ll view
that black is not the trail’s hue. . .
not like Hallow cat.

When we go, there’s no need to rush.
We won’t want to go on the hunt,
waste Uncle Walt’s ungulate runt,
but rather to watch the trail blush.
