And drink their own recycled waste (I do?)
Spend years in celibacy confined?
(I do? No I don't - I think I've changed my mind)

Living without a bill or care? (I don't..)
24-hour channel on the TV
(A channel for me? Well, I say "Whoopee!")
Who wants to be the most renowned? (I don't?)
The famousest astronaut around? (I don't??)
A homecoming we will toast with Champagne?
(I don't??? No, I do - I've changed my mind again)

Who wants to breathe the Martian air? (well, maybe)
Play two million games of solitaire (look, I'm not so sure about...)
Cameras rolling, even when on the loo?
(When I'm on the loo? *Everything* I do?)
Who wants all that cash to earn? (well, now you're talking)
Odds may be that you won't return (umm... err..)
But what makes you think they'll be asking you?
