I was shocked & saddened to hear of my good buddy, Rob Arndt's unfortunate passing at the far too young age of 54 years old, last month. for somebody I had never met in person, it almost felt like my family & I knew the guy personally. my mother even cried while reading a few of our past interactions on this website. it's unfortunate and amiright is now missing one of it's top talents! votes are not necessary on this parody, as obviously, is isn't really meant to be funny. however, if you like, you may use the comments section to post condolences & well wishes to The Arndt Family.

I don't know the OS, but I get the meaning of your words. Rob and I shared an interest in military history and technology. I learned a lot from him. I did not know he was younger than I am. I was aware he was ill, but did not know the nature of it. He was one of the most prolific writers here. I had been away from the site for the past two or three months. When I came back and didn't see any posts by Rob, I knew something was wrong. Rob Arndt will be missed. He put a spell on us all. Auf wiedersehn.

Never met Rob, but he and I had a couple of good-natured contests and riffed on each other's parodies. Sad that he went so young, but he left an indelible mark on this site. A fine tribute.

I'm just finding out about this here. Can't believe it. Rob was one of my best friends here on the site. He always had an encouraging word for my parodies whether they deserved it or not. I will miss him and his prolific contributions very much.

I enjoyed some of his AmIRight songs, (yes, I know he has 4.200 song Malcolms) now I'm sad that Robert D. Arndt Jr. died. (sadly, I don't think his brother, Roger Arndt would fill in for him because of it) John A. Barry had more parodies than him, and I only had 236 song contributions. There were others that were stuck in my head too. So long for now, Rob.
