I am not trying to John Barry "Spiderwebs" by No Doubt but sitting on "Spider Veins" it turns out that I tossed and turned about it because I didn't think I did that great of a job with it. So instead I wrote another parody of this song for the No Doubt: Artistry competition.

The city he protects
Shooting out his sticky webs
The Hobgoblin he will smear
If ever Mary Jane’s in fear
Watch as he’s chucking
Huge trucks at villains
He’ll save the freaking day!

If battling the Spider-Man
You’ll need a bandage

Lawl'd at "Your bones have breakage." However, saying Spider-man has Scorpion "sprawled" brings to mind some unpleasant imagery o_O LOL JK! 555

One problem "He'll gather, gather, gather them all" doesn't sync with the music video version (which got rid of a lot of the adlibbing stuff that the MP3 had that I tried to remove but I must have missed that part). So before you comment let that be known.

I just put the original on my answering machine! Anyway, this was excellent. When I was a kid/early teen I occasionally bought the Spiderman comics and watched the cartoon (only saw part of the first movie when my former roommate rented it) and I think this captured it perfectly. 5's

I don't know what everyone else was talking about to be honest on this one, with the exception of the line you asked me not to review because it's not in the video, this was fantastic. I am a huge Spider Man fan which helps, but it was funny. The idea of bringing a bandage to such an epic fight is hilarious, and the pacing was spot on for me, and I love this original song. Was it perfect all around on all aspects, no, but it was fun and creative. Everyone sees something different, and this is one of those cases where "one man's trash is another man's treasure"--in this case mine, pleasure to read.
