Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Me and my collection of music
A real wide selection
I download from others
My own music's spreading
by my own creation.

and the work days are much to lenghty
For my hobby to frutition
My wasted time has hardly come to begin

But I still love to write when I feel departed
I don't sing great
But I seem to have a small crowd
Oh why I sing it
It's cause I can

Wanted a new mic
can't afford to buy one
No cash my direction
Now I am stressing
I know I'm trying
to stay on top of comments

So why do some choose to say things so nasty
Things that are hateful
No need to go scream
I know I can't blame you
But sometimes it's trying

Cause I love to write in this secret screename
I won't hide it
You can figure out who
I am really
Can you guess who I am?

But I still hope that I can find a better backing
It makes me feel like I can't perform another
Would write often
Have you guessed my name yeeeeeeeet?

Wooooohooooooo

Oooooooooooo
oooooooooooo

Why do the bad ones always taunt the good souls?

So I magnify problems
With words and synonyms
from Webster Online so
I can keep up with Kristof
and I find myself chooking
From my grammatical errants

Cause I'm still hopping now for an SOTM
Love to read one by Mister Alexander
It's not a tribute
But I can't fall asleep

I think now I see why this song was such a flop
Repeat lines like they couldn't think of others
But I keep writing
My waist just expands

WOOOOOOOOHOOOOO

ooooohoooooooooh

Ba do dopa doooo

DOooooooooooooo

No I can't stop myself

I can't stop myself

I still love to write when I feel departed

Ooops, sorry about that Jason, and I call myself a No Doubt fan. . .oh well. . .I'm glad you liked it thanks! I mis-spelled hoping, I put hopping, caught that now that I'm awake too. . .and of course spell check doesn't catch those kinda spelling errors. . .because they are other words, but I think it still turned out pretty good.

Who is this person who keeps nicking my AmIRight name?! I did NOT write the parody or the above comment in my name.
The Secret Wrtier - May 18, 2007 - Report this comment
Hmm, Jason , baed on the comment, I don't think they were aiming at you, Jason is a common name though I do have to wonder if that's what that was. . .and Jason. . .I read your comment about the parody, I promise you--it is NOT towards you at all, it's actually towards me, but no one has guessed who I am yet. . .and the not using A Room Full of Monkeys is because this one has a different purpose, I would never poke fun at you unless it was the same type of tribute parodies done by other artists, when someone figures out who I am, you'll see what I mean:) Anyhow, sorry that someone is using your name, it's happened to me on a number of occassions. I had to report an inappropriate comment for my real screen name just a couple of days ago, and reported one on yours yesterday, someone posted something as you that clearly wasn't by you. Anyhow, hope you have a good day and good luck with this people claiming to be you crap, I know that can be annoying.

Thank you for your comment. Im glad this misunderstanding is cleared up. Peace and harmony dude ;-)

Red Ant would be my guess
the fake jason - May 21, 2007 - Report this comment
Sorry about that. But it just so happens that my name is Jason too. Just as long as we have different last names, I suppose everythings okay. Still, I think I made a valid comment on this parody earlier; it should NOT have been deleted.
Jason - May 21, 2007 - Report this comment
Ok fair enough, your name is Jason as well. I've used this name 'Jason' for about 5 years now, so just to avoid any any confusion I suggest you use an alternative name.
the fake jason - May 21, 2007 - Report this comment
Should I include my last name then? If so, then from now on I am Jason Harvey (just so long as that isn't your surname as well). By the way, I still like this parody, and the OS is one of my favourites from the early 00s'.
The Secret Writer - May 21, 2007 - Report this comment
Sorry, I'll have to post another one tomorrow, Red Ant was a good guess, but not quite. . . How about Jason H:)
Jason - May 22, 2007 - Report this comment
The Secret Writer, if you wanna call yourself Jason H thats fine by me. Jason is my parody name which is password protected, so as you can imagine I don't like having my name filched.
The Secret Writer - May 22, 2007 - Report this comment
Oh no , I'm sorry, that was a suggetsion to "Fake Jason". . .not me, I'm a somewhat regular, waiting to see if someone can guess me.
jason Harvey (formerly "The Fake Jason") - May 24, 2007 - Report this comment
And I was telling the Real Jason (who simply goes by Jason) what my full name was so that I could distinguish myself from him. Maybe I will use my last initial in any future comments I make.

By the way I do not wish to take a guess as to who the Secret Writer is.
Jason To Jason (H)arvey - May 25, 2007 - Report this comment
Yea if you call yourself Jason H or Jason Harvey thats fine by me. I have no problems with that. You are right that I just call myself by my first name, i'e 'Jason'. So peace and harmony dude ;-)
Jason H to plain old Jason - May 26, 2007 - Report this comment
Okely dokely! I'm guessing from your previous comment that your surname is different from mine, so I will stick with my last initial. Peace & harmony back. :)
