The Lyrics

a magical mystery tour, can you tell where i am by the cryptic clues ?the title is reference to deep vein thrombosis what you get on long haul flights.
when your walking by yourself
and nowhere is home
you can school yourself
and explore this world alone
(alone)
so somebody ever sold you maybe
a ticket for the sea?
so what'll happen when you get there
yes there's so many sights to see !

at the start and i'm in the sunshine state
and i've been to long
hernandos national park
from the park to some exspensive real estate
though it may as well be wal-mart !
i don't know if charlie finds it all so stately
cos from space you can plainly see.
in the square the students stampeeded through
then you crushed everything
said you that nothing would be free
i depart and i leave it all to fate
i'm long gone,i know ican't slow the pace down now
old town part and it's a shambolic gate
hoff eighty nine the last boys scout !
still walking by myself
let this body roam
(alone)
so nobody ever joins the navy
unless they like the sea
so who built those statues strangely?
oh why don't you come and see

when i get here it's so pleasin
seeing uluru glow that way
pass'in the time away
there are so many visions in this light
maybe i'll just sit tight ,pass time.
and now my car has broken down
by the hairpin where they're around
there's such a noisy sound
and albert is so proud
while waving to the crowd
large outpour,they adore

now i'm hoping to discover
the reason why they made this dome
called the place of the crown, the whole things a tomb-stone
made of marble oh how sublime
so heed this grand design.

pause so i see the great composer
in the town he was to die
seems everything he ever wrote here
it just comes drifting from the sky

yes i'll have to make it true, bells chime
oh it's time
always true
i know the chimes sound like there spo sta
and yes my friends they are so high
guess everything i've tried to show here
i always wanted to defy

Ah, finally someone else has done a parody of this song. Nice pacing and rhyming but I didn't really get this one at all.

[AGES} Never heard this one before...how many "November Rains" did Axl think he had to make, anyway? ;) This was a very interesting parody, but very hard to completely fathom. I got Tianamen Square, Florida, the Taj Mahal, maybe Vienna...seems like you been everywhere! The Wal-Mart line was funny, yet seemed out of place to the rest of the song. 544

(AGES) Well, I could follow it to an extent. . .much more so than the early round in this comp. . .I can't say it really grabbed my attention at any point. Not a bad parody though, and probably the best pacing I've seen from you, you are improving in that department--look forward to your fourth entry.

(Ages) Tomario, I actually COULD understand most of this considering I love geography. And man, you must have total jet lag after that globe-hopper! Nice.
