This is another musical tribute to Gotham, and it takes place in the episode “This Ball of Mud and Meanness” (Season 2 Episode 14). The following parody is about Oswald doing time in Arkham, because of claiming about killing Galavan and because of claiming insanity. Though, Oswald’s claims are really lies. This parody features Professor Hugo Strange doing these mental treatments on Oswald to reduce Oswald’s aggressive tendencies, and it definite features a mention of the crazy ice cream scene. This parody is a view from Oswald “Penguin” Cobblepot.

Inmates put me down
Just because I shouted “I’m the king of town.”
Hugo Strange is a pest
Because he puts me on some crazy tests

I can’t kill, I’m in pain
Hugo Strange always puts some shocks straight to my brain

This was an easy Genesis song for me to parody, because the song is one of these Genesis hits. If there was a music video of this song parody, it would take place in either the abandoned prison of Alcatraz or an abandoned mental hospital.
