In the late 1990s, farmers in Indonesia burnt away large parts of the forest to clear the land. The smoke was driven into neighbouring Singapore and people got sick for months. The original parody had come out before on a newspaper, having been written by a journalist, when the haze was getting so bad that cars nearly crashed and people nearly suffocated to death. I have recreated the parody, using the same title.
