The Lyrics

If you're beginning to hear voices
Well hear what I've got to say
You may not be so crazy
Could be the CIA
Remember 'Desert Storm'?
Then there was 'Shock and Awe'
They used silent sound
To help to win the war

It's that old black magic mind control
Psychological warfare mind control
Twenty first century voodoo mind control
They don't just want your mind they want your soul

They can make you feel anxious
They can make you feel fear
They can mess with your head
your resistance disappears
Silent sound spread spectrum
That's the name of the game
Hey check it out for for yourself
It's in the public domain

It's that old psyops mind control
Psychological warfare mind control
Technological voodoo mind control
Brainwashed populations that's their goal

There was Desert Fox
And there was Desert Shield
Desert Thunder
all has been revealed
Grenada Haiti
They were all in the frame
Noreiga knows
How they play that game

It's that old black magic mind control
Psychological nightmare mind control
Electromagnetic voodoo mind control
They don't just want your mind they want your soul

They get their number crunchers
To analyse your brain
They find emotional signal clusters
They can drive you insane
They've got your brainwave patterns
They can replicate
With their microwaves
They can manipulate

It's that old psyops mind control
Psychological warfare mind control
electronic voodoo mind control
Brainwashed populations that's their goal

So if you start to hear voices
No don't call that shrink
It could be an implant
Tellin you what to think
It's not god or the devil
Who's talkin to you
It's just MI5
Or GCHQ

It's that old black magic mind control
Psychological nightmare mind control
Twentyfirst century voodoo mind control
They don't just want your mind they want your soul

(Sci-Fi) It's kind of embarrassing to have to "DKTOS" on a Dylan song, but I don't. Haven't kept up with anything he has done since maybe the 70's, which is probably a mistake on my part. Good writing here, however.

Sorry, I gotta DKTOS too, but there are some excellent rhymes in there. My fave stanza was 'crunchers/brain/clusters/insane'.
