Parody Song Title:

"Me Fallin'"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I want wood burls from sequoias,
Love tree trunks from American yews.
I take wood burls, carve 'em like Elvis
And horse heads, and my toy friends, too.

It's a long way up shinnyin' red cedar.
I can pee way down to my backyard.
Got a bad hold on a limb that's not limber,
Now can't grab hold--it's breakin' apart.

Now that's me, me fallin'
From a tree, me fallin'.

I'd scampered higher, so I'd see the valley
And wrest out a splendid burl so hard.
But now I feel just like that Bart Simpson's dad--"D'oh!"
Land on wood pile and bones are broken parts.

Now that's me, me fallin'
From a tree, me fallin'.

I didn't glide down when I was fallin',
It was like I was dropped from the sky
Gonna tree-fell when screws are stuck in.
Cedar tree will be a woodpile.

See that tree, tree fallin'.
Soon I'll be tree maulin'.

455, Do you do anything during your day other than writing parodies? How do you get like 10 everyday? It's crazy

Very well paced except for a few missing lines, but overall it's good. I also noticed how your words are rhymed so close to those of the original. Anyway, 5-5-5 despite a few minor pacing problems.

Thanks, Serafina, Dominic--I'm self-employed; business is slow; sometimes, for better or worse, I get on a roll.

Very good. I just wish I knew more than roughly 15% of the OSs you parody.

Thanks Red Ant. I'm kinda stuck in the 60s.

How does John Barry get out of a tree? He sits on a leaf and waits for the fall.
