The pacing seems to be a bit off on this one, but it is a tough song to get the pacing of. I'm not a huge Tom Petty fan (my dad is), but Refugee is easily my favorite song of his. Kinda funny to read a parody about the "Cribs" and "Osbourne Family" era MTV...especially in 2016.

(Artistry) Yeah, I'm glad I realized when you wrote this, because my comment was about to be very different. It's really interesting to read what was "big" on MTV at the time you wrote this. LOL! Osbournes and Cribs, nice! MTV has gotten even worse as I've gotten older and it's sad to see. Loved the title sub and the main hook was perfect! Pacing in this one was tough, so I'm finding it hard to knock you there. This is a really solid and fun parody from your backlog. I'm glad I got the chance to read it.

(Artistry) The pacing was really off in the verses from what I could tell, and the topic just went over my head due to never having watched MTV. Don't think it was even a thing in Australia, though don't hold me to that. I'm also with Matthias on the use of the r-word. Yeah, this really wasn't for me.
