The Lyrics

another catchy country song from the '80s? why didn't I know about this sooner? anyway, when I first heard this OS I immediately had an idea to parody it! so, set to a hidden hit, here's the story of a police officer, and their quest to catch a thief! please enjoy!
for those of you as unfamiliar with the OS as I was: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSmmJ4eI29g&spfreload=10
stole that pitcher, but I don't know why
could've just bought it for a buck ninety-nine
there ain't one reason to steal all you see
I yell “Stop, You Felon! You're Coming With Me!”

this ain't easy, your car's so d*mn quick
these twists & turns gonna guarantee I get sick
full-body mirror, but it wasn't free
So Now Stop, You Felon! You're Coming With Me!

may go crazy, but won't let you go
can't afford to free a klepto
so I won't let you go, even if you plead with me
So Just Stop, You Felon! You Ain't Runnin’ Free!

stole a pitcher that was made of glass
but for no good reason, just threw it, you pain in my @$$!
teach you a lesson, quit messin’ with me!
Now Just Stop, You Felon! You Ain't Runnin’ Free!

may go crazy, but won't let you go
I will not release a klepto
so I won't let you go, even if you plead with me
So Just Stop, You Felon! You Ain't Runnin’ Free!

don't you even plead with me
So Just Stop, You Felon! You Ain't Runnin’ Free!
lock you behind bars, with key!
‘Cause I Caught You, Felon! You Were Caught By Me!
thanks for reading!

Jon, I have another suggestion. How about doing "I Love Rock 'N' Roll" by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts as "I Love Donut Holes?"

Thank You! I don't know if you like older country music like I do, but I provided a link to the original song in the opener if you'd like to hear it. (I however did neglect to make it clickable, so it would have to be copy & pasted to the address bar, sorry.) as for "I Love Donut Holes," I will certainly get to that one in the near future! thanks for the suggestion! :)

I listened to some country growing up (Cash, Campbell, Lynn, Parton, Nelson, Anderson, Denver, etc...) but am predominantly a pop fan who listens to all genres. Like most transitioning kids-to-teens-to-adults I went through phases. I prefer modern now, but still like the nostalgia of songs from the '60s thru the '80s.
