Quilts hanging from all the clothes lines everywhere

A home-made sign draws you in, as the quilting bee soon begins
The multi-colors designs, they go on and on and on and on


Amish women, quilting right in front of you
As they never look in your eyes
They keep quilting, doing what they have to do
So the men at night can survive

Working from the crack of dawn so they can decorate their lawn
With the things you can buy for a song
Living off their own hard wage, as they go against this modern age
As this Amish Yard Sale stretches on and on and on and on

Amish women, quilting right in front of you

They keep quilting, doing what they have to do

They don't stop quilting, sewing every Saturday
