The Lyrics

This parody is based on an advert for a brand of sweet, the rowntree's fruit pastel. Its a small round sweet that is contains fruit juices in the middle with a sugary coating and its a very chewy sweet. The second that sweet hits your toungue you instantly chew it, like a programmed reaction in your brain (like breathing is). The challenge laid out on this advert is can you suck on the sweet without chewing it (not swallow straight away just suck on it till it gone) I'll tell you its sound silly but its very hard not to "weird I know". But here's a parody on it, you should take the challenge up you might be amused.
I’ve got you a challenge
You need to prepare
You need a fruit pastille
A shops’ where they sell
You can turn it into a game
Sweets in your mouth
Try eating the sweet without chewing

Don’t chew that fruit pastille
Challenge is laid down

Ohh

It’s easy with peanuts they’re covered in salt
But pastilles are sweeter a challenge for all, yea
Its not so easy as first thought it can be confound
(Be confound)
It took me more than my first go

Sucking a fruit pastille
Try the fruit pastille
With a fruit pastille
(With a fruit pastille)
Ohh ho ohh

Challengers Welcome, oh ho
Don’t chew that fruit pastille
Chew the fruit pastille
Suck the fruit pastille
(Suck the fruit pastille)

Ohh
Don’t chew that fruit pastille
It’s harder than ever
Challengers Welcome
Go give it a go
Master the fruit pastille
(On the fruit pastille)
Ohh, don’t chew that fruit pastille
Yea

I remember trying to hold a sour hard candy on my tongue for 100 seconds (all while listening to the song "The Least 100 Seconds" by Hirofumi Sasaki), but this sounds even cooler! 555

Great parody, Gari! I would like to try fruit pastilles myself. One of my friends, a college student from England, sent me fruit pastilles from England as well as Yorkshire Tea and Treacle Pudding cans! Twiglets taste like pretzels, sort of. The only sour candies I ever had are sour patch kids. I call them "sugar patch" kids because I taste most of the sugar on them than the sour! It's all good! 5's!

Thanks DJ Balze and Christie sound like both of you have had similar fun with sweets. But Pastilles are not sour they're very chewy and sugary and you be surpirsed how hard it can be to suck that sweet with out chewing it LOL. Thanks for the fives
