There is no love lost between Pakistan and India. With these two in the mix season it with a smattering of Arab and a pinch of Jew and you get something like this:
Most are dark and manic holy guys,
"Tally-ban" spreads fear with crime so vile.
If you sought a dairy cow to chew,
War may come to, out of steer stew.
Muj'hedini guys despise,
Hindu ones so karma wise.

They'll betcha their holy cow,
Take to guns war escalating on forever.
And never will those lunks and Jews shall get along,
They're too far gone.

They're no good, they trash with bombing car,
The shrine taboo, you can't go says Jaffar. [1]
Murder, plane goes down from hand grenade,
"Now we so bomb you, stinking Hindu".
Rockets flame across the sky,
In a sling your ass will fry, 'cause...

Oh, Betcha my holy cow,
We'll have none your desecrating on, no never!
Distemper's what is ailing you, not our Ishcon. [2]
But your Imams. [3]

Best you get holy now,
You're the ones, who have been hating, sore and fettered,
It's better what our karma do, cows lowin' on,
Not Allah con.

Catch ya some holy cow,
Best you shun fatwa, quit hating on forever,
Forever smell of camel poo,
B-O-ing strong.

Love TOS and group. Super-ironic switch from love ballad to war. Brilliant - can you get them to listen to it over there? 555+

(ABC) Clever use of a pretty unnown (to me anyway) song. There is difficulty in getting into a parody that requires footnotes, however informative they may be.

You're not alone Aggy, I also never heard this song before either. Intresting parody Guy to say the least.

Great twist on TOS, I have to admit that on the humor end other than what song it was too, I was a little loss for that, great pacing though, and overall just interesting.

I echo BAD's and TT's comments. Great pacing as always, so easy to read, and thanks for the introduction to a song new to me as well. Interesting topic, Guy.

(ABC) yes and that's all BEFORE they hit the cricket field - not so funny but very well-informed parody Guy

(ABC) Plusses: good topic, wonderful word subs, and a litlte education besides. And unlike most of you out there, I've known and loved this song since it first came out. Minus: racism, or so it looks: "they're no good", "forever smell of camel poo". I couldn't tell if the racism was yours or the characters', and that for me detracted from the humor. 5-4-5.

Hey Guy...it's nice to be commenting on one of your parodies again.
Like Melanie, I know this OS well. I see that a lot of research and effort went into this one. I'll skip my views on the politics...
