I've had an idea for a similar song, which this one just reminded me of. Have you heard of those nutty women who have their make-up tattooed on their faces? Bet I know who will like your reference to V-2 nose cones. Her nose looks like Illinois is funny. She wanted to look like a famous celebrity, but I don't think it was Abe Lincoln.
