The Lyrics

Our little boy is four years old
And swearwords, he knows none
So we spell out the words he should-
N't know, it's kind of fun
Like s-e-x, or maybe b-l-o-
W-j-o-b
But the words we spell inside our car
Are where we've come to grief:

Chorus:
That a-s-s-h-o-l-e is getting in my way
F.U. F-ing S.O.B. I'm gonna make you pay
Oh, what the b-l-o-o-d-
Y h-e-double-l is he
When will you learn to drive you a-s-s-h-o-l-e?

Children learn
They learn to copy
What you say, it seems
Now he spells out "b-l-o-o
D-y", not knowin' what it means
He'll spell out the disgustin' words
Oh, ain't it such a farce
He'll wind the window down and shout
At people that we pass

Chorus:
"YOU A-S-S-H-O-L-E" is what I heard him say
"SHUT YOUR F-ing G-O-B" took my breath right away
I wonder why he has to be
Such a little s-h-i-t
'Cause now he's learned to spell, our a-s-s-h-o-l-e

That is my opinion of the original song. Everytime I heard that or Stand by your Man I would turn the radio off.

:-) Thanks everyone
Ag - praise indeed: that one made nÂș1 (well, for a week, anyway)
2Eagle - I've done "Stand on your Man", too
Bonnie - thanks for stopping by to let me know.

very funny as always, Phil - this OS is a great OS to parody if you have a good idea, like this was - up there with Kristof's Road Rage Me (to Do Re Mi) - 555

Excellent fun, Mr A! Similar in theme to RRM, but lifts the trophy due to you're wonderfully silly recording. Big 5s

"YOUR wonderfully silly recording"...see, I had to get in there first before you picked me up on my appalling grammar, Phil! ;-)

:-)
Pippin - I started writing S-P-E-L-I-N-G as a parody to this OS, but when I had this idea, the song wrote itself in no time flat
Stu - wasn't really intended as a "road rage" sort of song, but I can see what you mean.
K- got there before me ;-)

..security code "8UP" - kind of like a 7UP, plus one
