they apprise

yellin’ great big lies.
They got growin’ noses;
that’s because they bequeath
BS dressed as “news”
on their Pinocchio beat.

Spokespeople have got no shame
as on they lie
(tools programmed to lie).
If I had druthers,
I’d bid ’em all “goodbye!”
’cause these chumps make me hurl.

Spokespeople got faux offers,
spokespeople got faux proffers,
spokespeople blow smoke often…
pure bunk.

For the truth reporters beg,
yet they all know
they’ll get a caca cup
set to overflow.
When a fibbin’ session starts,
pretty hard to keep
a straight face when voices
flow, and it gets deep.

They’re just skunky drivel-flingers,
and every single time
one speaks I wish s/he were a mime.
Well, I don’t like most spokespeople.
