Pretty comprehensive for just starting the new year.
(SOTM) I really wanted to like this, Conqueror, but man, this was just sooo hard to pace to the original. Drag-ging ev-er-y syll-a-ble to match the pac-ing just took the fun out of it. And there were genuinely poor pacing issues that I just cannot ignore. The months being shouted near the end (October! November! December!) was the best part.
(SOTM) Yes, there was a few pacing issues, but I found this reasonable.
(SOTM) I have to agree on the pacing issue, but this song is awfully hard to keep pace with anyways. Nice effort on a humdinger of a song.
I also have to agree on the pacing factor, an extreamly difficult song to parody, since there are very few subs that you can use to fit into the select spaces, but you pulled it off, and I have to give you some points for that

(SOTM) I won't harp on what has already been said Conq. . .The song is very difficult and is by one the toughest artists to perform after of all time. . .I give you points just for the artist you choose and then on top of that, to pick quite possibly the hardest song he's done (Under Preasure being the other that comes to mind) I commend you on this effort. . .November: Daylight Savings ends now (Thank the Lord!) Is my favorite line because I hate Daylight Savings Time (it makes no sense to me in the first place--all it does is really mess us up those two days of the year and then offset our entire body clock for almost a month. . .)

SOTM - I hear "The Queen" is gonna win an Oscar, you might be up for a nice match to that event to (and you had an Academy Awards line in here - subliminal?)

(SOTM) well, all in all, I thought this paced pretty well, and it had an odd conversational stream-of-consciousness feel, that made it seem to "accidentally" pace, which was quite a treat - thumbs up from me bobpie - your stuff is still on the up and up - 555 - and with all the film and pop culture refs you might want to send it to E!
(SOTM) Overall, very well done.. but Daylight Savings Time in the United States will begin in March 2007... The US Govt. is doing testing to see if we can save even more electricity by waking up earlier. Don't get the logic, but unless we all move to Arizona or Hawaii, we're not getting a vote.

(SOTM) Quite an original idea for this tough OS, and you've tackled it well, pieman. Lots of good subs, but I liked "Guatemala" for "Gallileo" the best.
