DKTOS, but I approve of the sentiment. Trump is America's disgrace and embarrassment. His base proves that P.T. Barnum was right: There's a sucker born every minute. The silver lining is that much of the rest of the world is so horrified by our catastrophe that there is a backlash against flag-waving white nationalism, racist populism, and proud ignorance. Macron may not be the best fabric, but it's not a synthetic fiber.

^ Don't you EVER talk like that to me! I know who you are! I will NOT shut up. I never mentioned Hillary. You did. Don't EVER run off at the mouth to me with your right-wing litany. I'm sick of it and I'm sick of you and your war-mongering and the stench of your daily diarrhea you call "parodies." You are a boring fool. Look at today's news, for God's sake. Trump's firing of an investigator who is looking, with probable cause, into the possible criminal acts of Trump & Co. is the classic hallmark of a tin-pot dictatorship. Nixon fired the Special Prosecutor for Watergate in 1973, and within hours the wheels of impeachment started to turn. And, unlike Trump, Nixon was popular, having recently won re-election by a landslide. Trump is toast and you have forgotten history. So you're doomed to witness it repeating. You're getting the crooked, incompetent, authoritarian regime you voted for. Too bad that the majority, who voted for anyone else, has to suffer.

Now, about this firing of an investigator you're so up in arms about -- that would be FBI Director James Comey. The same James Comey whose head every Democrat on the planet wanted on a plate. So now that Trump has made this happen, you're foaming at the mouth that the Republic is about to fall? ..... So, Comey as traitor is now officially ungoodthink? ^ Let me say say this about that: The people have to know whether their president is a crook. Well, he is a crook. And let me make this perfectly clear: Emmett Kelly (look him up), who is a greater clown than Trump will ever be, was against Comey before he was for him. Mr. Kelly told me that Comey's malpractice re Hillary is as cold as yesterday's mashed potatoes. Pretending that it is the reason for the firing is disingenuous. But now, Comey's active leadership in the current FBI investigation of the sitting President's possible complicity in the undermining of American democracy is of urgent moment, with barely imaginable consequences for worldwide security and the future of our Republic. Imagine Mayor LaGuardia being pulled over for speeding, and the Mayor responds by firing the police officer!
The White House coverup is on, and believe me, I know from coverups. Thank God for an inquisitive and relentless press, whistle blowers, and the latter-day Deep Throat, who will surely emerge.
