The Lyrics

Our beloved Wabbit friend, Bugs Bunny has sadly passed away as of the creation of the Loonatics cartoon series. Please protest this new character by writing to Warner Bros. and telling them that they have blasphemed their own legendary character. RIP Bugs 1940-2005
Goodbye Bugsy B
Your cartoons I have watched them all
You ate an orange carrot stick
And asked, "Eh, What's up doc?"
Poor Elmer was a hunter
And the way he talked ain't correct
You'd call the poor guy "Scwewy!"
And he made you change your name

And it seems to me you wived your wife
Wike a Wabbit with a 'tude
He would say it's Wabbit Season
When the Duck came in
And I would have wiked to have known you
But I was just a kid
Your candle burned out wong before
Your wegend ever did

You asked "What's up doc?"
The greatest role you ever played
Hollywood created a superstar
And laughs was the price you paid
Even when you died
Oh the press still honored you
All the papers had to say
Was that Warner Brothers killed the Wabbit

And it seems to me you lived your life
Like a Candle in the Wind
It was really Elmer Season,
You and Daffy said
And I would have liked to have known you
But I was just a kid
The Warner dudes killed our poor hair
Your fans shall not forget

Goodbye Bugsy B
From the fan of all those many great cartoons
Who sees you as something as more than animated
More than just our Wascally Wabbit

And it seems to me you lived your life
Like a Wabbit with a 'tude
You had many classic cartoons,
Like "What's Opera, Doc?"
And old Elmer sang "Kill the Wabbit!"
You really made me laugh
The Wabbit died by Warner's hands
Your legend never will

Oh how refreshing to read an intelligent parody! Here is proof that AmIRight needs an A list (for the likes of this) and a Zero list for the anally fixated, so that our short lives will not be consumed in painstaking search for gems such as yours here. Subject, attitude are tops, and use of the w-words genius. Thanks, Chris! Eat your vegetables and give us more!

Yep, everyone's flipping out about Loonatics. This is going to be CRAZY

I used to watch Bugs when I was little, but now I watch him rarely. A group of characters from Warner Brothers' animated features and cartoons should sing this the Wabbit's funeral!

Aww...poor Bugs! I used to watch him when I was a little girl like the previous commentator said, but even though I too don't watch him very much now, here's to the respect I still have for him. I haven't watched 'Loonatics' so don't know what's going on. Sad, but funny parody, so I give you 4s on everything.
