DON'T FRY FOR ME! I CAN'T EAT MORE

It won't be easy
But must be done;
When I think of the size that I am,
And the way that I feel
Isn't healthy at all.

You must believe me,
As you can see I'm the girl you once knew
Though double the size that I was.
I used to be fancied by you.

Then something went and happened,
I put on weight,
Couldn't stop eating things that I liked,
Sneaking down to the kitchen
Every hour of the day.

I just kept eating.
Boxes of chocolates and biscuits galore,
I even had chips with my chips,
The cravings I had were too great.

Don't fry for me, I can't eat more,
The truth is I've turned a corner.
A new beginning, I'm on a diet,
It's not that easy, but thought I'd try it.

As for the future
It's up to me.
I want to be size eight again,
To get into the clothes
That I had long ago.

I'm quite determined,
Doing some things that I've not tried before,
Like going for walks every day.
Instead of just lounging at home.

Don't fry for me, I can't eat more,
