Noticed something exciting
Don't you too? Haiku

Polysyllabic pattern
Ain't it cute? Haiku

It fits the scansion as well
Ain't that fantastic?

Let's write one neater
In 5-7-5 meter

Haiku
Haiku
Haiku

Royce - I have (as have a lot of others, I'll bet) considered writing "Aachoo, Aachoo, Aachoo, Aachoo, Aachoo", sort of "I can't stop sneezing, can't stop coughing and wheezing. Got the 'flu - Aachoo, Aachoo, Aachoo, Aachoo, Aachoo", but it's never seemed worthwhile: the MyDoom one, OTOH, was a colleague reading his email and bang! there was the chorus... this one came about because I noticed that the verse structure in this song is pretty much in haiku.

Very good, JD

Gee, I don't know, Phil
It might get old pretty soon
Or, it might catch on!

Phil--Well we can only hope that we're not the only two weird people in the world who have thought of making a sneezing song out of this; however, you have already got it pretty tightly written, it seems. keep smiling...

The original
I mean the one by Abba
Goes something like this:

Love me or leave me,
Make your choice but believe me
I love you, I do (x5)

I can’t conceal it,
Don’t you see, can’t you feel it?
Don’t you too? I do (x5)

It was this rhythm
That inspired me to write this
Haiku parody

Great pacing/rhyme, reasonably funny lyrics--but "go to hell" seems a bit out of place in an otherwise upbeat, fluffy parody.

Refound this via your comment on Drewster the Rooster's parody of KISS' "I was made for loving you". Restoring some 5s.
