Now I understand why there was a "wall" between intelligence and law enforcement. The methods used by intelligence to gather information would render it inadmissable as evidence, if performed by law enforcement.

Except of course, that previous presidents DIDN'T USE THIS. Typical Republican talking point of "but Clinton...." except now they're even using Jimmy Carter in their whiney protests (and just plain making crap up).

The "warrantless" searches conducted legally in the past, were not directed towards individuals. They were random samplings of what was intercepted from the air. The newest allegation of radiation monitoring of Mosques is DEFINITELY illegal, it was already proven twenty years ago that infra-red scanning of a property without a warrant was illegal.

"Dude," stop confusing the situation (and defaming Mr. Bush) with the truth. His bootlickers don't want to hear it. They'd rather go on believing him to be a great and moral leader who has Americans' best interests at heart.

Excellent job, Steve. As the parody points out, Congress was informed; and waiting for a warrant when tracking down al Qaeda suspects who can change cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses daily is something the administration would be severely criticized for after the next 9/11.
