The title means, well, I don't know if there's even a word for it in English but I'll put it this way; when a union negotiates for its members with the employer, they first try to reach an agreement for the total amount of money that can be set aside to raised wages over the following period, that sum is know as the "lönepott". Though, over time, and depending on how it's used, the word has also begun to come with some more individual connotations and ditto use, as in for example "my/our part of the "lönepott"."

DKTPL but if I ever learn Swedish I'll come back to rate this. ;-) A question: The "faaaan/daaaan" and "päääärs/bäääärs" couplets, are those carried syllables? Or does Swedish routinely put 4 identical vowels in a row?

Loved it, got no freakin' idea about it's meaning! Pacing was great! My fave line was "Blir det solsken eller duggregnsgrått?" - now all I need to do is work out why :)

Red Ant: Yes, those are carried syllables, and "bärs" means "beer" BTW. Basically I'm just wondering if I will get a raise big enough to buy me an extra beer per month. :-)
