And every now and then I spend my time in rhyme and verse
She's not quite full of greed

And then along comes Prairie
And she said I think it is time for some nursery rhymes
And shows the letter of the day
Speaking of today's letter even though that Cookie Monster won't
Bite it anyway

When Bert and Ernie lived in the basement of the street
They're friendly but somewhat too odd
And when Telly Monster is obsessed with the triangles
Oscar's being selfish nonstop

And then along comes Prairie
And she's bringing you some action but not the satisfaction
From where she got her name
Is someone very unexpected by the name of "Prairie Dorn"
She never feels the same

And when the lucky rubber duckies squeak,the freaks
Of Sesame riot across the street
The Cookie Monsters and the Oscars roam
The street was left unsafe because of some misdeeds

And then along comes Prairie
She sings the songs and rides the rides and she's very so full of pride
She's coming back for more
She's shouldn't say "genuflect or die,idiot"
And she isn't uglier than before
