The Lyrics

Harkening back to Hillary's Arkansas roots, I thought a little country parody with Tammy Whine-ette at the helm would be appropriate.
It is now 2008 and it’s time to choose a prez
So we shell out the cash to finance our favorite men
Like R-O-N or maybe G-I-U-L-I-A-N-I
But there’s one we’re hiding from now because
She’ll tear the hear right out of me

Oh H-I-L-L-A-R-Y could become prez one day
Don’t expect the I-R-S to just go away
It’s her we loathe and we will get old B-I double L again
Oh I wish that we could stop this H-I-L-L-A-R-Y

Hear her lie, she thinks we’re stupid and not listening
And she thinks H-E-A-L-T-H-care is for the “rich” to pay
Her class warfare will hurt us all
And throw us all in disarray
But there’s one man whose name is Paul
That can put Hill away

Oh H-I-L-L-A-R-Y could become prez one day
Don’t expect the D-O-E to just go away
It’s her we loathe and we will get old B-I double L again
Oh I wish that we could stop this H-I-L-L-A-R-Y
Yes, I am a Ron Paul supporter regardless of his perceived ability to win the GOP nomination. My vote goes to the one who best represents my views and is therefore not wasted.

The B double L put this over the top. Maybe some pacing problems but the point is well put - also J-O-E becomes D-O-E. Good one! I'm fiving even with my perceived pacing flaws, because I can.

Nothing wrong with supporting Ron Paul (or anyone for that matter)--but I must point out that all these negative type propaganda for or against any one opponent usually helps the opponents not hinders them (I am turned off of politicians whose main agenda is bashing another candidate instead of proving his own reasoning *cough* Mitt Romney *cough*) Didn't really pace for me, but it doesn't look like an easy write.

Dave- Pacing was difficult even though I had the song playing as I wrote it. Once I reach the magic 25 parody mark, I plan to record this and put it on my page. Hopefully my singing of it will sound better than Tammy's!

Good one. Bill has Charisma, but she doesn't. ;)

Ahhh. . you are getting into recording, well Tammy shouldn't be too hard to beat out:) Good luck! (I record everything I do pretty much so I know how that works---I support those efforts)

Actually, BAD (and Joe), there is something wrong with supporting Ron Paul: The man is a loon who would repeal the entire 20th Century. But we don't have to worry about that, because Hillary will restore America's greatness, which we lost on December 12, 2000.
Guy - January 02, 2008 - Report this comment
Leave it to Mr. Pacholec to come up with "repealing the entire 20th century" - oh touche'. Nice one Michael - I liked that. =;-)

Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike. Did I say Mike? Let's get a handle here: FDR and LBJ are DEAD and Castro is not far behind. When will you embrace freedom and not insist on enslaving others? My (and your) freedom is more important than someone else's entitlement.

Joe - So I guess Dec 12, 2000 is the dividing point between BG and AG - Before Great and After Great,in the world according to Michael Pacholec. he he - We have been as great or as not so great for about the last 4 1/2 decades that I can remember. I have never seen a distinction like night changing to day on our greatness or lack there of. Everything seems to have been about status quo since I can remember. So I guess it boils down to what your definition of is, is. - or in this case "great".

I pay attention to supporters of Ron Paul. I voted for him in 1988, when he ran as a Libertarian, but I don't think he is right on terrorism this time around. As far as the parody is concerned, it's mostly good stuff with good substitutions, but the "Hear her lie" line reminds me of what liberal parodists write about President Bush when they cannot think of something clever. I think that line could have been better.
