The original song is teh awesomes. It did form the basis of one of my major art pieces in Year 12, you know. The other major art piece was a silly comic involving a golf cart Transformer, but it got into the school magazine! Weirdness.

Not sure when in the 60s this song was released but you could totally use it for both the Ages of Amiright contest and Artistry (at least I think, if the year's right). So that's pretty cool. Liked the "10 kinds of dead" and "dead mouse"... There's a lot of dead things on the trail. Must be the nature trail to Hell.

I was really hoping for some situational noise at the end there. And I wished you did something else besides a mouse (since the OS verse was about a mouse in the first place). You are right, it is "teh awesomes": :):)

I like hiking on my terms; the waether has to be nice, the route has to be flat and not too far and the available food has to be nice and not at all squashed. Other than that I'm pretty resilient really ;^) I loved this parody - could relate totally (except to the dead mouse - that's never happened to me.) 555!

So . . .your experience from the Camp Trip wasn't enough? Anyway, This one was strange TCOP, have to tell you, but I can relate to a lot of it, except the crazed mouse, dead guy, fainting in a forest etc. . .but hating hiking--yeah pretty much. .
