He stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 245.
Kinda broad at the shoulder and wider at the hip.
And all the reporters thought they had a grip

The State of Maryland is where John calls home.
So for Washington, didn't have far to roam.
He doesn't say much, kinda quiet and shy.
When he fluffed the Oath of Office, we all wondered

Somebody said he's nuts when he said it seems
that corporations are people, how mean.
And a crushing blow from a gavel in hand
sent a little bit of common sense out of our land
from Judge John.

whether health care reform shoulda lived or died.
People were praying and hearts beat fast.
And we thought Obamacare had breathed its last
through John.

Well, Stephen and Sonia, Elena and Ruth
knew it's constitutional, that's the truth.
But Antonin and Clarence and Sam
were joined by Anthony in calling it a sham.

The news networks wrong, put the law in the grave.
We never expected the Judge who would save

With words and brimstone, conservative clowns
they gave their grumbles, they stood their ground.
Smoke and gas belched out of those jerks.
But everybody knew that the system works
thanks to John.

I shudder at what judges would be named by Mitt.
