I see this great old OS by the Airplane has only been used once before on the site.

Toupee…I think I need more glue
it’s down on the floor
Toupee…yes, being bald is screwed
I just can’t ignore

I’ve been thinking; it’s true
Hair’s fall – sigh, I am blue
Hair’s been thinning; boo-hoo
My bald spot now is showing through

Toupee…I wake up and I cry
It just looks so strange
Toupee…it’s time I realized
Not much hair remains

For my hair I mourn; it falls in my lap
And forms a pile
A full head I lust; my hairs I would part
Would look just right

Toupee…in the sink, I’ll wash it there
With real good shampoo
Toupee…it feels too tight, that sucks
I now must remove

With my head now bare, damn, my skull it hurts
I can’t wear ear muffs
Toupee does appear the worse for wear
Got dandruff and stuff

Jeez, fleas; itchy from these
I shake my head; hope that they’ll shoo

Thanks, Ravyn. Yes, and I really must apologize for not specifically mentioning your wonderful piece. You won't see me say this very often, but as much as I like my own effort here, I think your piece is far more profound and interesting. But hey, who'da guessed talking about "Liberating Freedom" could be more powerful than phony hairpieces? People should look up yours and take a read, even if they don't know this beautiful OS. Oh...yeah, the "jeez, fleas" was my Fav line, too.

PS - guess I should have phrased it "Dreaming of Liberating Freedom" to be more accurate. Whatever, "Today" by Ravyn Rant to the OS of the same title is a wonderful piece. Emis. Look it up.
