The Lyrics

Fox News reported on 1/9/2004 that Rosie O'Donnell is sponsoring a gay cruise to the Bahamas. Rosie says this cruise is for gay families. Hmmm, I must have missed this oxymoron when I wrote my "Oxymoron" parody. I wrote this for Rosie to use for her commercial jingle when she promotes the affair.
Life gets rough, when you are gay.
Sea cruise might make your day.
So fairy, sail with Rosie.

And you may find a new love, her cruise is gay.

Fashion shows with lots of flair,
Models sport gay underwear,
So fairy, sail with Rosie.

And shake your derriere,
Her gay cruise club.

She says it ain't for gay forners,
Just for those normal but gay,
This is for fam'lies with girls and boys,
Who happen to be this way.

So, some ingunue will say,
How do you know if your're gay?
Go fairy, sail with Rosie.

As you sail upon this tub, you'll get that way.

Sail on the ferry that's gay,
You'll turn to a new way.
Stowaway,
Stowaway.

Sailin' on that gay ol' tub!
Fairy, sail with Rosey,
Join up on Rosie's gay cruise club.
So fairy, sail with Rosie,
So fairy, sail with Rosie.

So go sail on that gay tub and change your way.
And change your way.

MP - Just where is the HATE in this song? I warned you before about making assumptions about me. This is the same as a personal attack and it is libelous. Why don't you wise up?

Pretty good, actually. Had trouble remembering the song except for the title line. Speaking of gays, I just submitted a beaut for tomorrow's posts! (shameless plug)

I tried to offset the 'politics' voters a bit... :-)

When referring to homosexuals, "fairy" is considered a prejudicial slur, so even if no hate was intended, it is implied. It might be considered a harmless comment, but for the person on the other end of it (Good thing I added "...of it," or I'd have to admonish myself), it can be very hurtful. Clearly, you are a typical "conservative" who loves to dish it out, but can't take it. They love to put liberals on defense, but God forbid those liberals should switch to offense. (See also "Gingrich," "Limbaugh," "Bennett," "O'Reilly," "Coulter," and, of course, "Bush, G.W.")

MP - SHUTUP already.
Michael Pacholek - January 11, 2004 - Report this comment
He prints "Shut up" as one word, and he thinks I'm the problem. Uh-huh.
Guy - January 11, 2004 - Report this comment
Pacholek - What part of SHUTUP do you not understand? I made it all one word in upper case so even you could not mistake it's meaning. You have to be the rudest person on this site and I am just sick and tired of your BS.
