I can think of several ways to change "cleverly spin" (rhymes with TOS) to a rhyme with "thumb." Can you?

The parody is good, but the content is a lie. If Obama were a dictator, you WOULD be in jail. And so would Boehner and all those Teabaggers. And by the way, that deficit that you people caused? Example: the first line of the second chorus has one too many syllables and the accenting is way off. Compare it with the first line of the first chorus, which is correct, although derivative of the OS. Also, your syntax is clumsy in places. Example: "That now quake at audits to fear."
