The Lyrics

This is the second thread to the "Frodo and Sam" parody, the other storyline running through The Two Towers - though I think there's probably another dozen verses needed to complete the story
Boromir's behaviour had become extremely weird
Wanted the ring from Frodo, who promptly disappeared
Tho' Sam did find his master, the others searched in vain
A-hunting for the hobbits, until the orcs they came

Uruk-hai oh, uruk-hai
Go Strider, orcs must die

The orcs they came and caught Meriadoc and Peregrin
Filled Boromir with arrows like a cushion full of pins
He watched the halflings taken and knew it was time to die
And so the Horn of Gondor let out its mournful cry

Uruk-hai oh, uruk-hai
Go Strider, orcs must die

The orcs from Mordor argued with the ones from Isengard
The hobbits in this melée escaped (which wasn't hard)
And Merry dropped his elven brooch for Aragorn to find
I guess that he was hoping that they're not too far behind

Uruk-hai oh, uruk-hai
Go Strider, orcs must die

Legolas and Gimli ran, their mailshirts soaked with sweat
They're running hard to catch those orcs, though they ain't caught them yet
They're running hard but still they find the brooch that's lying by
They see the signs of battle and they know those orcs must die

Uruk-hai oh, uruk-hai
Go Strider, orcs must die

The hobbits entered Fangorn, the forest of the Ents
(Where, it's true, they showed rather a lack of commonsense)
And when a tree talked to them, turned out better than they feared
Into the tale of the Two Towers, enter Ent Treebeard

Uruk-hai oh, uruk-hai
Go Strider, orcs must die

What a pleasant surprise seeing new comments on this one.. must admit, I'd kind of forgotten about it.
