"And Then He Cast Me"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Ah, Hollywood........ I worked in that hellhole
Well he walked up to me
And he invited me into his car
Said he was in flicks
And he said that I could be a star
Had to use the "casting couch"
I had to prove I was no slouch
All that I could say was "Ouch!"
And then he cast me

Each time I showed up
I had to pass audition again
I tried out for the director
And most of his friends
To be a star was my big goal
I played the part from pole to pole
I gave the business heart and whole
And then he cast me

He cast me in a film but it didn't use a big script
He cast me in a film where some anatomy was getting licked

I knew that fame was mine
And I gave it all the talent I had
I had to alter my name
To protect mom and dad
Then he asked me to be his bitch
I finally had found my niche
By now we both had gotten rich
Because he cast me
Because he cast me
Because he cast me

Hey, Rick.. if you worked there, I sure hope this isn't autobiographical...

Righty, it only explains what someone with an imagination can write. It doesn't explain a thing

Rick, I am DKTOS on the original song, I think. But I'll go along with the "Pace" rating of the twelve prior votes here 'cause I love the "tale(tail)" you tell here. 5's...

It took me 16 years to find this song. What the hell, it took me 31 years to see GoodFellas, which made me look for the OS on Amiright, and so far, this is its only parody. But I think Karen Hill would understand what you wrote here.
