And my wallet's now empty, my pocket it bleeds.....
Feel I'm regretting my cold handout greed....
When will I feel better; that may be a long time...
So I'll reel and I'll rise on Socialized Medi'cine.
So unreal, so unreal, but its my fault this time...

Well, when I was much younger, government was a curse...
only enough for governance, any more is worse!
But the man told the masses "Your Health Care is free!!"
but it will cost us sky high; thats the true reality
Can't you feel, how unreal...this shit is.....

Stay away from the pundits and political ass clowns...,
stay away from the Liberals pushin' the medi'cine around,
stay away from K Street where their remedy is fine,
for better your pain than Socialized Medi'cine.
Now i reel as I have the EU on my mind....

In the European Union, they have free Health Care!!
but look at their tax rates you really should be scared!!.
You'll support even more handouts no matter how obscene..
And you'll be a slave to Socialized Medi'cine.
It's unreal, so unreal I can't unwind....

But if I die tomorrow it was the Health Care which killed.....
I waited in line for my shovelful of pills!
But I croaked in the process and was cast to the ground

I can feel, its unreal strongly this time...

And my mind is still craving those better times of old!
I was tired from working but I knew I wouldn't be cold!.
If you keep giving handouts, we will be out of time...
