Original Song Title:

"Little Children"

Parody Song Title:

"AmIRighters"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Sympathetic write of the plight of the site admin ... First parody of this group here, despite the fact that many of Kramer's hits were written by Lennon/McCartney. OS lyrics here. Couldn't find a decent MIDI.

AmIRighters
You better all keep it clean
I'm tellin' you
Many writers
Are tryin' to sneak the obscene
And if you're good...
I'll give you disc space and some bandwidth
If you buy it, shake your hand with me
And write like Mr. Dis-ney

I wish they would all grow up!

Lurid citers
Now, what's with the double entendre?
I'm askin' you
You can't fool me
No waving your wand at that blonde
Or doublespeak
'Cause Mary Poppins is so groovy
Stop your gigglin'
Why can't you write nice?
Take my advice; don't entice

Stop having sex with your sister
Let go of Larry Craig's hand
And leave them sheep alone, Mister
Or else you're gonna get banned

I wish they would not write crap!

Naughty writers
Now, why don't you stop that leer?
(No underwear at all!)
Nude delighters
Are just not the proper fare here
(At Britney, stares!)
Me and my sponsors
We have a good thing
You guys are monsters
Love the lewd thing, you....
Are nasty children, it's true; no hope
I wonder, what can I do to cope?...
Nasty children like you

Nice semi tribute, God I missed the Turtle when he wasn't here. . .the Ant kept me company, and the Cat ran up to St. Louis, you know--you could write a whole story about an Animal Kingdom using the names of AmIRighters--that would be one heck of a Conquer. . .shameless name dropping on my part. "Now, what's with the double entendre?" Double Entendres are my middle name, without them "Weenie On A Hot Bun" probably would have sucked:)

Fascinating combination of parodies posted today, TT. One would almost think you planned it... :-)

Below Average Dave (badave.com): Good idea -- go for it! Thanks for v/c.
alvin: try walking a tightrope while wearing swim flippers -- then you'd know why the turtle falls off so often lol... thanks alvin.

Rex: Sharp catch -- congrats! :) thanks Rex.

Great job on a really tough OS!

Considering the other parody you posted today, TT...this is either brilliantly appropriate or brazenly cheeky (i haven't decided which yet). Whatever: it's still v. good. 555

You make a great case for the clean and wholesome, but why don't I really believe you?

When one is observant and obfuscatory by nature, may as well make one's scene 'ob' too! Clever stuff TT!
TT - October 27, 2007 - Report this comment
TJC, no ob-jection here! Thanks TJ!

Glad to see this relatively obscure OS used; better still to see it so well annd aptly used.
