Song Parodies -> "I'm A Spoofer"

Original Song Title:

"I'm A Loser"

Original Performer:

Beatles

Parody Song Title:

"I'm A Spoofer"

Parody Written by:

Matthias

The Lyrics

I'm A Spoofer
I'm A Spoofer
And I write songs called a parody

Of all the songs I have heard, they have sucked
There are albums that I snapped and have chucked
I found a girl who wrote millions, of them
I should have known they would all suck me in

I'm A Spoofer
And I found a site where I'm posting
I'm A Spoofer
Now I mock Meatloaf for all to see

And so, I laugh while write like a clown
Beneath my skull I got songs tossed around
Ideas calling to taunt Beatles, why?
Because I can and no one can deny

I'm A Spoofer
And Weird Al is a hero to me
I'm A Spoofer
And songs are all messed up by me

(Harmonica Solo)

What have they sung to be used as my bait?
I realize I have a Mel Brooks trait
And so I warn, Sing and get ridiculed
I'm telling you, I won't stop till I'm bald

I'm A Spoofer
And I love a guy called Chucky G
I'm A Spoofer
And I joke about that poop and pee

They say braggadocio is unbecoming. I don't think so, being very, very, very good at it myself. One objection to this otherwise excellent piece: If you won't stop 'til you're bald, be warned that sometimes writers block will make you want to tear your hair out. And that's never good, unless you've got it in your ears and a set of tweezers is nearby.
