Had to sing this through a couple of times to get the pacing, find the stresses, which were a little awkward, but otherwise, neat, timely and satisfying. Well worth the update.

Grrrr.... I paced this song to the lyrics and the original song (Don't know why the pacing is off). These reduxes are kinda losing their point if the new version isn't perfect. Damn!

Don't sweat it, Matthias. It's quite singable, that's the main thing. I think there might be an extra syl here and there just from memory but I didn't check against OS, and sometimes a misplaced word stress can throw one off the beat even if the count is right. They're easy to overlook. Not long after I started contributing here last year, I checked out Tommy Turtle's guide to pacing and found it quite helpful, esp. page 2.
