I know there is an writer that posts a lot of songs about swimming. Given current events, I hope I'm not song swiping you for tackling this theme. Didn't think using Black Strobe's song I'm a Man for this one would fit. Seemed a little too dirty and upbeat angry. I hate that this song had a slow pace to it, but you could say it matches the hatred about said person.

One of my swimming acquaintances from another team, did the transition, but from female to male. She has been a he for almost thirty years now.

He quit swimming soon after he went to university as he concentrated on his studies. The last thing I have heard of him was that he worked as an IT geek in Oulu, Finland. Transgendered people in sports create a nasty dilemma. It would be ethically wrong to allow Lia Thomas to compete on women's series - but even more wrong to prohibit. All in all, a nasty situation.

Iszac Henig is, of course, Lia Thomas's logical inverse - a female to male case. He is on hormones, but has not yet made the full transition. He has won Lia Thomas and is completely superior to women because of the testosterone stuff and ensuing muscle growth. Let's see how he will do on boys' series.
