The Lyrics

What really happened to Amelia Earhart (based on facts, not speculation). This is KPOP, Romanized and translated, extended and modified. Provisional at best, but interesting nonetheless!
A Lockheed Electra lost without a clue
A famous aviator making history as she flew
But in ‘37 Yanks were considered spies
A fact that the Japanese despised over Pacific skies

The weather had become quite atrocious
And the Japanese fighters were ferocious
Crashed at sea or at Howland Island died?
No, both stories are but lies, the truth hard to hide

But summarized:
(A big surprise!)

Daring flyer Earhart
Saipan crash, capture, interrogation
Daring flyer Earhart
Captured the world’s imagination
Searches ended in frustration
Eye witness accounts- their damnation

Then execution!

Without a debris field, oil slicks, and the two
US Navy didn’t know what to do or how to break bad news
They gave deserted Gardener Island a try
Was nothing on that island that was alive nor occupied

Nauru post-loss transmission sensation
Not interpreted- damn- bad modulation
Still, both Earhart and Noonan had survived!
On LAND ‘cause radio in water woulda died

Were traumatized…
(But still alive!)

Daring flyer Earhart
Saipan crash, capture, interrogation
Daring flyer Earhart
Captured the world’s imagination
Searches ended in frustration
Eye witness accounts- their damnation

Then execution!

White woman and a man, hands were tied
Japanese beat them, were vilified
Sadly, neither one would ever see the sky
At Garapan Prison both of them surely died

While:

All old accounts have been mistaken
All evidence, buried, forgotten
Saipan raid, Electra in a hangar stored
US scrapped it, the truth to be ignored

Forevermore

Daring flyer Earhart
Saipan crash, capture, interrogation
Daring flyer Earhart
Captured the world’s imagination
Searches ended in frustration
Eye witness accounts- their damnation

Then execution!

“Amelia” movie, Hollywood stimulation…
Facts: Spy mission? No they flew straight with no deviation. Down at Howland Island? No, Amelia switched frequencies so just temp. loss of communications. Crashed into sea at Howland or Gardener Islands? No proof of any crash, debris field, oil slicks, bodies- nothing. Extensively searched- no! Post- loss transmissions verify ground landing b/c port engine powered batteries for the radio and in water would have died instantly. Messages received 3 times but not able to interpret due to bad modulation. Eyewitness accounts of both Earhart and Noonan on Saipan captured by japanes and plane recovered. Taken to Garapan Prison, interrogated, torturedm and executed as spies. Saipan invasion Electra was found in hangar. US ordered it destroyed and what happened to Earhart and Noonan was buried. They died on Saipan.
